REFUND POLICY

Because of the popularity of Art2Life workshops, we recommend signing up as early as possible to guarantee your spot. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on deposits. Usually there is a waiting list for Art2Life Workshops. If, for whatever reason, you cannot join the workshop, more often than not we can fill your spot from the waiting list. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund you in full. If we are unable to fill your spot, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Many of our participants take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. For a policy covering the cost of an average workshop and airfare, (approx. $3,500) the cost for insurance would be approx. $150.

We use and recommend Alianz Travel Insurance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Most of our clients pay for workshops with their credit card. Once your first payment has been processed, your remaining payment(s) will be charged to your credit card according to the schedule below. You will be notified of all charges and be sent a receipt via email.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS

If paying 12-8 months prior to date of workshop, we charge 1/3 of the full price. Then after four months, a 2nd 1/3 payment,

then after two months, the remaining balance will be charged.

If paying 8-6 months prior to date of workshop, we charge 1/3 of the full price, then after two months a 2nd 1/3 payment,

then, after two months, the remaining balance will be charged.

If paying 6-4 months prior to date of workshop, we charge 1/2 of the full price,

then after two months the remaining balance will be charged.
